进入新千年后,秘书工作的发展呈现出了极大的包容性,秘书工作已经扩展到组织机构运转的方方面面。现代秘书工作相对于传统秘书工作,更加强调非智力因素的应用,除了以往强调的写作能力以外,对办事能力、组织协调能力、沟通执行能力等都提出了更高的要求。作为秘书人员如何提升自己的“可信度”呢,本文将针对这一问题对秘书的素质作简要分析。
