核电站离心式上充泵转子系统临界转速计算分析

采用有限元ANSYS软件建立离心式上充泵转子部件三维模型和划分有限元网格,分别对转子部件进行干态和湿态下的固有模态分析、两支承与三支承模态分析和临界转速计算.模态分析结果显示干态的基频228.37.41 Hz,湿态基频为253.40 Hz,湿态比干态基频提高10.96%;两支承时基频为72.63 Hz,比三支承降低了71.33%;临界转速计算结果为13702.5 r/min,与上充泵的实际额定转速为4500 r/min相比,高出204.48%,表明临界转速满足要求.
