讨论冶炼条件(原燃料、冶炼强度等)大幅度变化时,应如何保持炉况顺行,生产稳定。强调保持合理炉型,防止渣皮结厚和炉壳焖红,而冷却系统的反映和调剂是一个重要的方面。要把炉内操作和冷却系统的反映及其调节结合起来,高炉在不同的冶炼条件下是能达到高产、低耗、优质、长寿四者统一的目标的。提出冷却系统合理的工作指数。
