观察挂线法治疗婴幼儿肛瘘的疗效。42例患儿均一次手术治愈,术后随访半年无复发,无肛门功能异常及后遗症,肛门外形良好。挂线法治疗婴幼儿肛瘘疗效确切可靠。 Observe the efficacy of hanging line method for treating infantile anal fistula. Forty-two children were cured by one operation. No recurrence was found after six months of follow-up. There was no anorectal dysfunction and sequelae, and the anus appearance was good. Hanging line treatment of infant anal fistula effect is reliable.
