收入分配制度改革是当前我国社会生活中的一大热点。这项改革与半个世纪之前进行的社会主义改造,二者在改革性质、改革对象、改革目的、改革动力等四方面具有显著的相似性。基于这些相似性,当前收入分配制度改革可以被视为一场新的社会主义改造。因此,回顾社会主义改造的历史经验,能够提炼出我国社会生产关系变革的基本规律,从而认清当前改革的战略定位、关键对象、成功保证和持续趋势等决定其前景的基本要素。
Income distribution system reform is currently a major hotspot in our social life. This reform is similar to the socialist transformation that took place half a century ago. Both of them have significant similarities in terms of the nature of reform, the targets of reform, the purpose of reform, and the impetus of reform. Based on these similarities, the current reform of income distribution system can be regarded as a new socialist transformation. Therefore, reviewing the historical experience of socialist transformation can extract the basic laws governing the transformation of social productive relations in our country so as to clearly understand the basic elements of the current strategic positioning, key objectives, success guarantees and continuing trends of the reform.
