提升保险从业人员的职业伦理是保险业经济增长和和谐发展的内在动力,也是实现保险业可持续发展的重要基石。文章主要运用访谈法、调查法与文献法,通过走访调查与访谈,主要从职后培训工作、管理水平、网络信息平台、社会道德环境4个方面分析了保险从业人员职业伦理提升的制约因素,所提出的对策思考为:做好保险从业人员的在职培训工作;不断完善监管体系;为从业人员制定职业发展规划;建立网络信息平台;营造良好的社会道德环境。
To enhance the professional ethics of insurance practitioners is the intrinsic motive force for the economic growth and harmonious development of the insurance industry and an important cornerstone for the sustainable development of the insurance industry. The article mainly uses the interview method, the investigation method and the literature method to analyze the restrictive factors of professional ethics promotion of insurance employees from four aspects of post-job training, management level, internet information platform and social morals environment through visiting investigation and interview, The proposed countermeasures are as follows: do a good job on-the-job training for insurance practitioners; constantly improve the regulatory system; formulate career development plans for practitioners; establish a network information platform; and create a good social and moral environment.
