本文介绍了首钢第二炼钢厂精品线材用坯工艺优化项目的生产实践。该项目从铁水预处理出发,通过捞渣机设备改造,转炉底吹系统优化,LF炉精炼渣系控制以及钢包增压系统开发,连铸机二次冷却系统改进及配水曲线优化等一系列措施,提高了钢水的磷、硫控制水平和连铸坯的质量。该项目实施后,通过检测结果得出,钢水的纯净度得到提高,连铸坯表面质量和内部质量稳定,满足精品线材用坯的质量要求,为首钢第二炼钢厂产品结构升级作出了重要贡献。
This paper introduces the production practice of the optimization of billet technology for the quality wire rod of Shougang No.2 Steelmaking Plant. The project starts from the hot metal pretreatment, through a series of measures such as the equipment improvement of the slag recovery machine, the optimization of the converter bottom blowing system, the control of LF slag refining system, the development of ladle pressurization system, the secondary cooling system of continuous casting machine and the optimization of water distribution curve , Improve the molten steel phosphorus, sulfur control level and the quality of slab. After the implementation of the project, the test results show that the purity of the molten steel is improved, the surface quality and the internal quality of the slab are stable, and the quality requirements of the refined wire rod are satisfied, which is important for upgrading the product structure of the second steelworks of Shougang Group contribution.
