医疗机构是人群密集和病原微生物较多的地方,容易引发医源性感染。为预防和控制医源性感染,必须严格落实消毒灭菌工作,消毒效果监测是衡量消毒工作是否落实,消毒效果是否达标的重要手段。为了解明光市医疗机构消毒工作现状,查找薄弱环节,促进消毒工作有效开展,现对明光市2012~2014年医疗机构消毒效果监测结果分析如下。1对象与方法1.1对象监测对象为全市市直医疗单位、乡镇卫生院和村级医疗机构(村卫生室和社区服务站)。
