文献[见Ж、A、X.,37(3),429(1982)]曾研究了4,5—二溴萤光酮在表面活性物质存在下与锡生成的三元络合物,其最大吸收在540nm,摩尔吸光系数ε_(540)=1.5×10~5.本文在其工作的基础上,通过试验,寻找该体系用于测定铜合金中微量锡的条件.试验结果表明:在25ml容量瓶中,显色酸度为1~5ml4N硫酸;显色剂用量为0.5~1.5ml0.05%二溴萤光酮的乙醇溶液;表面活性剂用量为2~5ml0.4%CTMAB(十六烷基三甲基溴化铵);催化剂用量为0.1~2.0ml1%草酸.室温下瞬间显色完全并稳定20分钟不变.O~18μg
