本文报告了应用显微外科技术为主治疗的四肢皮肤和软组织恶性肿瘤病人10例。供区5处,其中游离移植4例。2例近期手术者1例复发,余8例平均随访13个月,无复发无转移,4例已经恢复了正常生活。本法可以保证对肿瘤切除的范围,从而减低局部复发率。同时也为深部功能重建创造了条件。 This paper reports 10 patients with limb skin and soft tissue malignancy treated with microsurgical techniques. There were 5 donor sites, of which 4 were free transplants. Two patients with recent surgery had one recurrence. The remaining eight patients were followed up for an average of 13 months. No recurrence or metastasis occurred. Four patients had normal life. This method can ensure the extent of tumor resection, thereby reducing the local recurrence rate. At the same time it also created conditions for deep functional reconstruction.
