以角叉菜胶胸腔内注入形成大白鼠胸膜炎。该模型具有复制简便,稳定的优点。黄腐酸钠对该模型有较好防治作用。使腔腔渗出液量减少,渗出液中的中性粒细胞数下降,溶酶体酶(β-萄葡糖醛酸酶和溶菌酶)活性减低。前列环素(PGI_2)的合成或释放也受到抑制。讨论了黄腐酸钠抗炎症作用的可能环节。
Carrageenan injection into the thoracic cavity to form rats. The model has the advantages of easy and stable copying. Sodium fulvate has better control effect on this model. The volume of lumen exudate decreased, the number of neutrophils in exudate decreased, and the activities of lysosomal enzymes (β-glucuronidase and lysozyme) decreased. The synthesis or release of prostacyclin (PGI_2) is also inhibited. Discussed the possible link of the anti-inflammatory effect of fulvic acid.
