小学生的身心所处阶段,决定了其还不具备完善的价值判断和价值选择能力,还不能够对复杂多变的社会现象明辨是非,因此,加强小学生德育工作是必然性需求。然而,小学德育教学工作模式陈旧僵化,缺失情感渗透教育模式使得成效不佳,这使得教师要倾注积极的情感在小学德育教学活动中,能够站在小学生的角度倾听他们的心声解疑释惑,从而凝聚学生的人心促使他们积极参与德育教学活动,使德育教学活动富有活力。
