在Britton-Robinson缓冲体系中(pH7.50),研究了尿酸的伏安行为。实验表明,尿酸在悬汞电极上具有吸附行为,并于-0.08V(vsSCE)产生灵敏的峰电流。尿酸浓度在2.0×10-8~1.0×10-5mol/L范围内与吸附峰电流成线性关系,检出限可达1.0×10-8mol/L。该法可用于尿液和血浆中尿酸的测定,回收率为95~105%。
In the Britton-Robinson buffer system (pH 7.50), the voltammetric behavior of uric acid was investigated. Experiments show that uric acid has adsorption behavior at the hanging mercury electrode and a sensitive peak current at -0.08V (vsSCE). The concentration of uric acid in the range of 2.0 × 10-8 ~ 1.0 × 10-5mol / L was linear with the peak current, the detection limit of up to 1.0 × 10-8mol / L. The method can be used for urine and plasma uric acid determination, the recovery rate of 95 ~ 105%.
