构建集团医院是公立医院改革、探索卫生资源整合的新模式。我院通过实施区域卫生规划,优化卫生资源配置,组建集团医疗团队,有效地挖掘了卫生资源的潜力,实现了一院三区的内部集团医院模式。医院依托本部院区的服务品牌、学术地位和区域影响力,实现了人员、技术、设备等资源的统一管理,实现了实质性融合和全方位互动,提高了卫生资源的利用率,促进了卫生事业的发展。
