介绍了一种检测隧道射流风机预埋钢板抗拉强度的工程实用方法:为方便与检测设备连接,每块钢板中心处预先焊接一个螺栓,由另一个螺栓与焊接螺栓连接,螺栓穿过穿心千斤顶并用螺帽固定。设备安装好后,通过对穿心千斤顶加压,穿心千斤顶通过其下部的螺帽对螺栓产生拉力,预埋钢板也承受同样的拉力,从而可以检测预埋钢板抗拉的强度。
A practical engineering method for testing tensile strength of embedded steel plate of tunnel jet fan is introduced. For convenience of connection with testing equipment, one bolt is pre-welded at the center of each steel plate and the other bolt is connected with the welding bolt. Jack and fixed with nuts. After the equipment is installed, through the pressure on the through-core jacks, the through jacks generate tension on the bolts through the nuts on the lower part, and the embedded steel plates also bear the same pulling force, so that the tensile strength of the embedded steel plate can be detected.
