介绍了 ISO 组织、ISO9000族标准结构及 ISO9000质量管理体系的作用、建立和实施的方法;结合科技期刊社(编辑部)的特点探讨对几个主要术语和定义的理解,讨论和分析了科技期刊社(编辑部)质量管理体系四大过程(特别是其中的产品实现过程)关键质量活动的关注要点;提出科技期刊行业的质量观应该从以自身优良程度为核心转变为以顾客满意度为核心。
Introduced the function of ISO organization, ISO9000 family standard structure and ISO9000 quality management system, and established and implemented the method; combined with the characteristics of science and technology periodicals (editorial department) discusses several main terms and definitions of understanding, discusses and analyzes the scientific and technological journals (Editorial department) quality management system of the four major processes (especially the process of product realization) key quality activities of the points of concern; proposed science and technology journals industry quality concept should be from its own fine degree as the core shift to customer satisfaction as the core .
