为了适应农业科技体制改革的新形势,提高农业科技管理水平,辽宁省农业科研管理研究会于1985年7月13～14日在沈阳召开了第三次学术讨论会。省农学会、省农科院领导丘成建、马世均等同志到会并作了发言。会上共收到82篇论文,其中25篇在会上作了专题报告。讨论会始终贯穿着科学技术为经济建设服务的指导思想,紧紧围绕农业科技体制改革这个中心议题,坚持实事求是的科学态度,畅所欲言,各抒己见,共同探讨,相互学习。
In order to adapt to the new situation of agricultural science and technology system reform and improve the management level of agricultural science and technology, Liaoning Province Agricultural Research Management Research Association held its third symposium in Shenyang from July 13 to July 14, 1985. Provincial Agricultural Association, Provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences leaders Qiu Chengjian, Ma Shijun and other comrades attended the meeting and made a statement. A total of 82 papers were received at the conference, of which 25 were presentations at the conference. The symposium runs through the guiding ideology of science and technology serving economic construction. It closely centers on the central issue of the reform of agricultural science and technology system, adheres to the scientific attitude of seeking truth from facts, gives expression to opinions, expresses its own views, and discusses and learns with each other.
