本文对GJW50碳化钨钢结硬质含金进行了粉末渗硼处理,在自约束型热疲劳试验机上进行了25-680℃的效疲劳试验.用光学显微镜和扫描电镜观察了在突变热应力的作用下,热疲劳裂纹在渗硼层萌生、扩展的全过程.试验结果为表面硬化处理在碳化钨钢结硬质含金热作模具上的应用提供了理论依据.
In this paper, GJW50 tungsten carbide steel hard powder gold boronizing treatment carried out in a self-limiting thermal fatigue testing machine 25-680 ℃ fatigue test. The whole process of thermal fatigue crack initiation and propagation in the boronizing layer was observed with optical microscope and scanning electron microscope under the action of abrupt thermal stress. The test results provide a theoretical basis for the application of the surface hardening treatment on the hard gold-containing hot die for tungsten carbide.
