The first part: Introduction The Commercial Arbitration Commission is appointed to study the issue of the principle of parallel procedure and res judicata in arbitration and to make an academic report on the issue. This is the first report made by the Commercial Arbitration Commission after its appointment. It is an interim report on the principle of res judicata. ~ ①
