产业组织政策对一国经济的发展,产业国际竞争力的提高有着至关重要的作用,但目前我国的产业组织政策在促进产业国际竞争力提升方面还显得力量薄弱,反垄断法律没有出台,产业组织结构不合理,产业政策执行手段单一,效果不理想。本文通过分析国外产业组织政策对其产业国际竞争力提升的影响,提出我国要从反垄断法律、市场秩序以及产业组织政策执行手段等方面着手,全面完善我国的产业组织政策,提升产业的国际竞争力。
The industrial organization policy plays an important role in the economic development of a country and the improvement of its international competitiveness. However, at present, the industrial organization policies in our country are still weak in promoting the international competitiveness of the industry. The antitrust laws are not introduced. The industries Irrational organizational structure, a single means of industrial policy implementation, the effect is not satisfactory. By analyzing the impact of foreign industrial organization policies on the enhancement of international competitiveness of its industries, this paper puts forward that our country should comprehensively improve our industrial organization policies and enhance the international competition of industries from such aspects as antitrust laws, market order and the implementation of industrial organization policies force.
