为了适应机械工业“三上一提高”发展的需要,机械工业部重型矿山机械工业局,于一九八五年十一月九日至十二日,在西安召开了重型、矿山、起重运输机械通用减速器系列更新换代座谈会。有关的主管部门、研究所和生产厂共42个单位80余名代表参加了这次座谈会。樊响同志首先传达了部重矿局召开这次座谈会的意图、任务和要求,以及当前我国的技术政策。接着,先后有14位代表就要更新换代
