“成渝西昆”经济圈建设构想的提出顺应了当前国内区域经济发展的极大趋势,其本质是要促进经济要素在更大范围内实现有序自由流动、资源高效配置和市场深度融合。本文围绕跨行政区域科技创新体系的重构、升级、对接与互通以及科技创新能力的提升,基于对相关省、市科技创新能力指标的对标,指出了四川的优势、差距和未来的努力方向。
The proposal of “Chengdu-Chongqing-Xikun” economic circle conception conforms to the current great trend of regional economic development in our country. Its essence is to promote the orderly and free flow of economic elements, efficient allocation of resources and market depth Fusion. This article focuses on the reconstruction, upgrading, docking and interoperability of scientific and technological innovation system across administrative regions and the improvement of scientific and technological innovation ability. Based on the benchmarking of scientific and technological innovation capacity of relevant provinces and municipalities, the paper points out the advantages, gaps and future directions of Sichuan .
