口头语言表达在人力资源管理和企业培训中发挥着重要作用,是人们表达思想、交流沟通、发布信息最为重要的方式。本文侧重企业人力资源管理和企业培训相关内容,从口头语言表达的概念、分类、目的、难点及对策、受众分析、修辞、技能和一般套路这八个方面进行分析研究,探索了相关领域知识。并结合工作需要,归纳了常用的十种场合口语表达常规模版,总结了相应的表达方式方法。
Oral language expression plays an important role in human resource management and enterprise training. It is the most important way for people to express their thoughts, communicate and publish their information. This article focuses on the human resources management and enterprise training related content, from the eight aspects of the concept of verbal language expression, classification, purpose, difficulty and countermeasure, audience analysis, rhetoric, skills and routine routines to analyze and explore the relevant domain knowledge. Combined with the needs of work, this paper summarizes the commonly used common templates of oral expressions in ten occasions and sums up the corresponding methods of expression.
