目的分析研究CT设备中硬盘的工作原理,提高CT数据安全和硬盘的寿命。方法通过对不同型号和厂家CT机所使用的硬盘多年的维护、保养和管理,从硬盘的结构原理、环境要求、故障种类和应用管理进行分析研究。结果硬盘的损坏按大类可以分为硬损坏和软损坏。硬损坏包括磁头组件损坏、控制电路损坏、综合性损坏和扇区物理性损坏4种。软损坏包括磁道伺服信息出错、系统信息区出错和扇区逻辑错误。硬盘因电源电压不足、主板电池电压不足、参数错误、硬盘0磁道被破坏、硬盘出现坏道等将导致无法正常启动。结论硬盘是CT设备中保存信息资源的重要外部存储设备,只有正确的维护和使用才能降低故障率,保证硬盘发挥最佳的性能,才可以保证CT数据安全和硬盘的寿命,提高开机率。
Objective To analyze and study the working principle of hard disk in CT equipment and to improve CT data safety and hard disk life. Methods Through the maintenance, maintenance and management of hard disks used by different models and manufacturers of CT machines for many years, the paper analyzes the structure principles, environmental requirements, fault types and application management of the hard disks. The results of hard disk damage can be divided according to the category of hard damage and soft damage. Hard damage includes damage to the head assembly, damage to the control circuitry, general damage, and physical damage to the sectors. Soft damage includes track servo information error, system information area error and sector logic error. Hard drive due to lack of power supply voltage, the motherboard battery voltage, parameter error, the hard disk 0 track is damaged, the hard disk appears bad sectors will lead to not be able to start normally. Conclusion A hard disk is an important external storage device for storing information resources in a CT device. Only when the right information is properly maintained and used can the failure rate be reduced to ensure the best performance of the hard disk. This can ensure CT data security and hard disk life, and increase the boot rate.
