蜗杆传动是典型的复杂空间曲面接触问题。其变形与应力状态的分析,无论是理论计算还是实验验证都具有相当大的难度,属当今科学研究的前沿课题。本文采用现代化CAD/CAM核心技术之一——基于特征的参数化建模技术,应用最新的I-DEASMasterSeries5.0软件,对ZC1蜗杆传动的变形和应力进行了有限元分析和计算,并将结果与应用埋丝法测试技术测试结果进行对比,收到了令人满意的效果。
Worm drive is a typical complex space surface contact problem. Its deformation and stress analysis, whether theoretical or experimental verification have considerable difficulty, is a cutting-edge scientific research topics. In this paper, one of the core technologies of CAD / CAM, a feature-based parametric modeling technique, is applied to the finite element analysis and calculation of the deformation and stress of ZC1 worm drive with the latest I-DEASMasterSeries5.0 software. The results Compared with the test results of buried wire method, we got satisfactory results.
