为了提高Mo-Mgo金属陶瓷保护管的使用寿命,探讨其物理化学腐蚀过程,对使用后的保护管进行取样分析,并对该种金属陶瓷制成的坩埚进行铁、钢,渣等诸因素的腐蚀试验研究,结果表明:Fe-Mo互溶是保护管中金属相蚀损的基本原因;Fe-c熔体中[C]含量、炉渣的氧化性是影响保护管蚀损的主要因素;生铁对保护管的腐蚀作用强,渣次之,钢最轻微。目前我国首创的Mo-MgO金属陶瓷保护管是较好的抗钢和熔渣等熔体侵蚀的耐热材料。研究结果可供保护管研制及现场合理使用作参考。
