目的 检测婴幼儿哮喘喘乐宁雾化吸入治疗前后的肺功能。方法 应用婴幼儿肺功能呼吸流速仪 ,对2 8例急性婴幼儿哮喘喘乐宁雾化治疗前后进行睡眠时的潮式呼吸流量 (TBFV)环和潮式呼吸压力容量 (TBPV)曲线测定。结果 雾化前后的TBFV环图形的改变能明显反映哮喘患儿的气道阻塞程度及改善状况 ,各项指标也有不同程度的改变 ,有显著性差异的有 :TBFV环中的TV(t =1 847,P <0 0 5 )、%T -PF(t =3 36 6 ,P <0 0 1)、 V2 5 /PF(t =4 394,P <0 0 1)以及TBPV曲线中的Rrs(t =3 140 ,P <0 0 1)。结论 该检测可以了解哮喘婴幼儿气道阻塞情况及气道可逆性 ,指导临床诊治与疗效判断
Objective To detect the pulmonary function of infantile asthma and salbutamol inhalation before and after treatment. Methods The tidal respiratory flow (TBFV) ring and tidal respiratory pressure capacity (TBPV) curves of 28 infants and young children with asthma and asthma after asthma were measured before and after sleep with the pulmonary function respirometer. Results The change of TBFV ring pattern before and after nebulization could obviously reflect the degree of airway obstruction and improvement in children with asthma, and the indexes varied with different degrees. The significant differences were as follows: TV in TBFV ring (t = 1 847, P <0 05),% T -PF (t = 3666, P <0.01), V2 5 / PF t = 3 140, P <0 0 1). Conclusion This test can understand the airway obstruction and airway reversibility in infants and young children and guide clinical diagnosis and treatment
