目的:本实验研究碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)对离体的基底前脑细胞表达一氧化氮合酶(NOS)和神经生长因子受体(NGFR)的影响。方法:用bFGF培养液和普通对照培养液对胚胎14天大鼠基底前脑细胞进行培养,分别取培养7、14、21天的神经细胞做NOS酶组织化学染色和NGFR免疫组织化学反应染色。结果:用bFGF培养液培养的神经细胞在14天和21天后NOS和NGFR阳性表达明显强于对照组。结论:bFGF可明显促进培养的基底前脑细胞生长并促进NOS和NGFR的表达。
AIM: To investigate the effect of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) on the expression of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) and nerve growth factor receptor (NGFR) in basal forebrain cells in vitro. Methods: Basal forebrain cells of embryonic day 14 were cultured with bFGF and normal control. NOS and NGFR immunohistochemical staining were performed on nerve cells cultured for 7, 14 and 21 days respectively. Results: The positive expression of NOS and NGFR in nerve cells cultured in bFGF medium was significantly higher than that in control group after 14 days and 21 days. Conclusion: bFGF can significantly promote the growth of cultured basal forebrain cells and promote the expression of NOS and NGFR.
