针对汽车车身专用螺柱焊接工艺进行仔细分析，研制了晶闸管整流式和ＩＧＢＴ逆变式两种螺柱焊机，经实际应用证实，这两种螺柱焊机均能够满足汽车车身螺柱焊接质量要求。
