为扩大眼球萎缩后自体小巩膜壳的再利用和羟基磷灰石义眼台植入术的应用范围,对31例眼球萎缩患者采取了自体小巩膜壳戴帽法羟基磷灰石植入,行褥式缝合,在后极点做双线十字环绕结固定使之成为一体。结果31例均矫正了眼窝凹陷畸形,除6例因结构异常外,25例术后义眼活动度符合生理要求。表明:手术技巧和方法科学,设计新颖合理,扩大了自体小巩膜壳、羟基磷灰石义眼台的应用范围,矫正了眼窝畸形,增加了义眼的活动度。
In order to expand the scope of the application of small self-scleral shell and hydroxyapatite artificial eye implantation after atrophy of the eye, 31 patients with atrophy of the eye were treated with hydroxyapatite Mattress suture in the post pole to do double cross-ring knot so that it becomes one. Results All the 31 cases corrected the orbital deformity. Except for 6 cases, the eyelid mobility of 25 cases met the physiological requirements. Show that: surgical techniques and methods of scientific, innovative and reasonable design, expanding the scope of the application of small self-scleral shell, hydroxyapatite artificial eye, correction of orbital deformity, increase the activity of the eye.
