1984年8月至9月,我们一行六人对法国、芬兰有关选矿研究、设计、化学加工与矿山公司进行为期一月的参观和考察,了解到两个国家选矿发展的新技术,对解决我国沉积磷块岩与低品位磷矿的开发利用是有益的。 (一)法国磷矿生产与研究 法国磷矿资源比较贫乏,在与西班牙交界处发现一低品位磷矿,原矿P_2O_56~9%,主要杂质是硅和有机质,采用重介质预选可以富集到25%以上。磷精矿加碳酸钠和碳酸钾进行焙烧生产磷钾复肥,温度1000℃,产品含NaCaPO_4和KCaPO_4,其中P_2O_5为23.6%,K_2O22%。该工艺在联邦德国应用也较为广泛。
From August to September 1984, our party of six people conducted a one-month visit and study on mineral processing research, design, chemical processing and mining companies in France and Finland. We learned that the two countries benefited from the development of new technologies for mineral processing, Deposition of phosphate rock and low-grade phosphate rock development and utilization is beneficial. (I) Production and Research of French Phosphate Rocks French phosphate rock resources are relatively scarce. A low-grade phosphate rock is found at the junction with Spain. Raw ore P_2O_5 is between 56 and 9%. The main impurities are silicon and organic matter. The heavy medium preselection can enrich 25 %the above. Phosphate concentrate and sodium carbonate and potassium carbonate were calcined to produce phosphorus and potassium compound fertilizer, the temperature was 1000 ℃, the product contained NaCaPO_4 and KCaPO_4, of which P_2O_5 was 23.6% and K_2O22%. The process is also widely used in the Federal Republic of Germany.
