我院自1984年以来,用硫酸镁治疗支气管哮喘及喘息性支气管炎,收到较好效果。现择资料完整的20例报告如下。临床资料一般资料本组20例中男性13例,女性7例;年龄最大74岁,最小20岁;支气管哮喘和喘息型支气管炎各10例;病程最长30余年,最短1年。治疗方法 25％硫酸镁4ml,加入110％葡萄注射液20ml中,缓慢静脉注射,合并高血压者可以硫酸镁2.5克加入250毫升液体中静滴,40～60滴/分。
