目的:探讨输尿管结石诊断中多层螺旋CT曲面重建的应用价值。方法:选取42例疑似输尿管结石患者作为研究对象,所有患者经B超或尿路X线平片检查均难以确诊,进而行多层螺旋CT输尿管曲面重建,并对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:本组42例患者均经多层螺旋CT确诊,其中37例患者为尿路结石,3例患者为输尿管占位病变,2例患者为阑尾炎;且经多层螺旋CT检查可清晰显示患者结石大小、形态及位置。结论:多层螺旋CT曲面重建是一种高效、可靠、便捷的诊断方式,将其应用于输尿管结石的诊断可取得较好的效果。
Objective: To explore the value of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of ureteral calculi. Methods: Forty-two patients with suspected ureteral calculi were enrolled in this study. All patients were diagnosed by B-mode ultrasonography or plain urography. The multi-slice spiral CT was retrospectively analyzed. The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results: 42 patients were diagnosed by multi-slice spiral CT, including 37 cases of urolithiasis, 3 cases of ureteral lesions, 2 cases of appendicitis; and multi-slice spiral CT examination can clearly show the patients Stone size, shape and location. Conclusion: Multi-slice spiral CT surface reconstruction is an efficient, reliable and convenient diagnostic method, and its application in the diagnosis of ureteral calculi can achieve better results.
