临床上在进行牙齿移植或种植体植入等,常用普通的骨凿修整或重新开创牙槽窝。因骨凿创伤大、创缘不整齐、术后反映较重。患者常难接受。我们自制了一种修整,开创牙槽窝的工具,(取名:槽窝成形凿、经30年多次临床使用效果满意。现将制做过程,使用方法介绍如下。修旧水冲头或热气冲头底部从圆盘处切断,磨平。为骨凿的顶部。将冲头从尖端拐弯处切断,除去弯部,使之成为直管。用小三角锉将金属管断面锉成四个锯凿状,为凿的刃部。从刃的尖端向上在金属管上刻2～3cm标记。做为掌握骨凿
