随着企业“降本增效”和增收节支活动的开展、网络建设和资产投入量逐渐增加,为减轻行业经济运行压力,通过全面降成本,向管理要效益,进行闲置资产管理是必然的。因此,笔者通过对闲置资产的概念,现状和成因进行分析,对闲置资产处置存在的问题提出管理建议及处置途径展开探讨,以期达到推进降本增效工作的目的。 With the development of “reducing costs and increasing profits” and increasing revenues and reducing expenditure, the amount of network construction and asset investment has been gradually increasing.
