目的:研究丹红注射液对大鼠缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法:采用线栓法建立大鼠脑缺血再灌注模型,观察丹红注射液对脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠的神经功能评分、脑组织中一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、一氧化氮(NO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)等的影响。结果:丹红注射液可显著降低脑缺血再灌注大鼠的神经功能评分,减轻脑组织损伤程度;提高SOD活力,降低MDA和NO、NOS水平。结论:丹红注射液对大鼠缺血再灌注损伤具有明显的保护作用。
Objective: To study the protective effect of Danhong injection on ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats. Methods: The rat model of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion was established by thread occlusion. The neurological function score of Danhong injection on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats was observed. The levels of nitric oxide synthase (NOS), nitric oxide (NO), superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA) and so on. Results: Danhong injection can significantly reduce the neurological deficit score of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion rats, reduce the degree of brain injury; increase SOD activity, reduce the levels of MDA and NO, NOS. Conclusion: Danhong injection has a significant protective effect on ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats.
