职业素养是人类在社会活动中需要遵守的行为规范。个体行为的总合构成了自身的职业素养,职业素养是内涵,个体行为是外在表象。所以,职业素养是一个人职业生涯成败的关键因素。职业素养量化而成“职商。”英文career quotient简称CQ。也可以说一生成败看职商。根据《教育部、人力资源和社会保障部和财政部关于实施国家中等职业教育改革发展示范学校建设计划的意见》中提到的“以培养学生综合素质为目标,重点加强职业道德教育、职业技能训练和学习能力培养”、“以人才培养对接用人需求、专业对接产业、课程对接岗位、教材对接技能为切入点,深化教学内容改革”、“提高学生综合职业素养,引导学生全面发展”等内容可以看出:具备职业素养,这是国家政策中对高素质劳动者和技能型人才提出的明文要求。本文以中职生职业素养教学实效性探究为论述中心,研究如何提升职业素养教学的实效性。

In this paper, vocational literacy teaching effectiveness of vocational students as the discussion center to study how to enhance the effectiveness of vocational literacy teaching.
