美国曾在亚洲棉中鉴定出抗棉炭疽病的品种,近年来,又在抗棉角斑病的选育中有新的进展;几年前印度试验证明,棉根腐病菌对不同棉花品种的致病力有明显差异;我国已成功的选育出抗棉花枯萎病的品种,但对棉立枯菌在不同棉花品种致病力差异研究较少。为此,我们收集部份棉花品种,在温室条件下,测定人工病土中棉苗的病情指数,比较致病力的差异性,探索抗立枯菌基因存在的可能性。 方法:测定菌为辽阳棉苗立枯菌,致病力中等,玉米沙培养,玉米为沙子重量的25%,玉米沙含水量为25%,25℃黑暗培养
In the recent years, the United States has made new progress in the breeding of resistance to cotton leaf spot disease.
