丝杠冷滚打成形是一种新型的绿色近净塑性成形技术,其中的变形力是冷滚打成形过程中一个非常重要的因素,不仅关系到材料的应力和应变,还是设备设计、验算工具强度、制定合理工艺制度的重要依据。基于仿真进行丝杠冷滚打变形力的研究,介绍丝杠冷滚打的原理,讨论基于ABAQUS的有限元模型的建立,在此基础上进行了丝杠单次滚打正应力、切应力的仿真,进而获得了变形力及其分力随时间的变化情况,为后续研究奠定了基础。
