在当今社会上我国行政执法中存在的问题很多,行政执法的力度关乎着我国人民的生活保障,所以有关部门一定要加以重视,据有关数据调查显示,现如今我国行政执法存在的主要问题有执法制度不全,执法手段落后以及执法效率低下等多个问题,下面笔者将会对我国行政执法存在的问题进行简单的分析,并对加强和完善我国行政执法工作的对策进行探讨。
In our society today, there are many problems in administrative law enforcement. The strength of administrative law enforcement is related to the people’s livelihood security in our country. Therefore, the relevant departments must pay attention to it. According to relevant data survey, the main problems in administrative law enforcement in our country today include law enforcement System insufficiency, laggard law enforcement and inefficiency of law enforcement. The author will briefly analyze the existing problems of administrative law enforcement in our country and discuss the measures to strengthen and improve the administrative law enforcement in our country.
