目的评价某企业催化裂化装置异地改造及其配套工程职业病危害控制效果,从源头控制或消除职业病危害,保护劳动者健康。方法采用职业卫生现场调查法、职业卫生检测法和职业健康检查等进行综合分析、定性和定量评价。对建设项目中职业病危害因素的危害特征、作业工人接触的有效时间进行综合分析,判定工人接触职业危害的实际程度。结果该项目存在的职业病危害因素化学物质有丁烯、1.3-丁二烯、萘、戊烷、正己烷、正庚烷、辛烷、壬烷、环己烷、苯系、甲硫醇、乙硫醇、硫化氢、液化石油气、一氧化碳、二氧化碳和乙二醇,物理因素为噪声,检测结果表明,作业人员接触职业病危害因素的职业接触限值均低于国家卫生标准;作业人员工作日内接触噪声强度符合国家卫生标准的要求〔85 dB(A)〕。结论综合各方面分析,本项目职业病危害严重,在确保各类防护设施有效运行、全面落实控制职业病危害的补救措施的前提下,该项目在职业病危害控制方面是可行的。
Objective To evaluate the effect of controlling the cracking of a catalytic cracking unit in a different place and the control effects of occupational hazards in the ancillary works so as to control or eliminate occupational hazards from the source and protect the health of laborers. Methods The methods of occupational health field survey, occupational health examination and occupational health examination were comprehensively analyzed, qualitatively and quantitatively evaluated. Results The occupational hazards of the project include butene, 1,3-butadiene, naphthalene, pentane, n-hexane, n-heptane, octane, nonane, cyclohexane, benzene, methanethiol, Mercaptan, hydrogen sulfide, liquefied petroleum gas, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide and ethylene glycol. The physical factors are noises. The test results show that the occupational exposure limits of workers exposed to occupational hazards are lower than the national health standards. The workers’ working days The contact noise strength meets the requirements of the national sanitary standards [85 dB (A)]. Conclusion Based on the analysis of all aspects, the occupational hazards of this project are serious, and under the premise of ensuring the effective operation of various protective facilities and fully implementing the remedial measures to control occupational hazards, the project is feasible in the control of occupational hazards.
