陕政发[2014]10号各市、县、区人民政府,省人民政府各工作部门、各直属机构:为全面贯彻落实《国务院关于严格控制新设行政许可的通知》(国发[2013]39号,以下简称《通知》)精神,进一步深化行政审批制度改革,推进简政放权,转变政府职能,严格控制新设行政许可,切实防止行政许可事项边减边增、明减暗增,结合我省实际,现就有关问题通知如下:
