针对下一代信息感知网络中的关键技术——智能感知终端能量管理,从延长智能感知终端生命周期的角度入手,在宏观与中观层面考察了全球智能感知终端能量管理技术的专利产出情况,结合定量分析、定性调研与专家咨询,力求呈现当前的专利产出态势及特点;从总体趋势、地域分布、主要权利人、技术分布、技术功效特点等,多视角揭示了专利活动当前特征,并特别提示了我国机构的专利活动可能面临的潜在知识产权风险;最后综合数据分析结果与调研资料,对今后发展方向及相应对策尝试性地提出了一些参考建议。
Aiming at the energy management of intelligent sensor terminal, which is the key technology in the next generation of information perceptual network, starting from the perspective of extending the life cycle of intelligent sensor terminal, this paper examines the patent output of global intelligent sensor terminal energy management technology at macro and middle level, Combined with quantitative analysis, qualitative research and expert consultation, we try our best to present the current situation and characteristics of patent output. We reveal the current characteristics of patent activity from the perspectives of overall trend, geographical distribution, main rights holders, technology distribution and technical efficacy, etc. In particular, it suggests the potential intellectual property risks that Chinese institutions may face in their patent activities. Finally, the results of comprehensive data analysis and research materials are tentatively put forward some suggestions for future development and corresponding countermeasures.
