班组是一个企业最基层、最活跃的组织,也是企业各项工作的落脚点和着力点。而“五型”班组创建活动是提升班组管理水平和提高员工素质的一个有效载体。创建活动开展得如何,直接关系企业生产经营、管理水平和市场竞争力的提升。然而我们在调查中发现,随着创建活动的推进,有的单位没少投入,但效果总不尽如人意,发展不平衡,一些新的矛盾和问题显露出来,必须找准原因,对症下药。
