作者复习了17例以往S-100蛋白染色阴性的病例,经常规光镜,包括S-100蛋白单克隆及多克隆抗体在内的免疫组化方法及电镜的再研究,以了解S-100蛋白阴性的黑素瘤的发病率,评价重复抗原方法的应用,同时比较抗S-100蛋白单克隆及多克隆抗体在黑素瘤诊断中的敏感性。结果,17例中有5例S-100蛋白染色阴性,证实为非黑素性肿瘤,包括Paget样鲍温病、多形性恶性纤维组织细胞瘤、平滑肌肉瘤、细胞性神经鞘瘤及间变性癌。8例在重复检查后S-100蛋白阳性,其中8例抗S-100蛋白多克隆抗体阳性,6例单克隆抗体阳性,7例
The authors reviewed 17 cases of past S-100 protein negative cases, through conventional light microscopy, immunohistochemical methods including S-100 protein monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies, and re-study of electron microscopy to understand the S-100 protein. The incidence of negative melanoma, evaluation of the use of repeated antigen methods, and the sensitivity of anti-S-100 protein monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies in the diagnosis of melanoma.
