创新国家建设已经成为中国和平发展的基本主题。本文从复杂性理论的角度,通过反思现代社会与制度创新的关系,对制度创新在应对现代社会复杂性中的作用及其动力和机制进行了较为系统的探讨。作者指出,现代社会的复杂性根源于人的自由与解放,应对社会复杂性、推进社会发展,要求作为共同活动方式的制度的创新,这也是现代社会科学的基本主题。
The building of an innovative nation has become the basic theme of China’s peaceful development. From the perspective of complexity theory, this paper reflects on the relationship between modern society and system innovation, and makes a systematic study on the role of institutional innovation in coping with the complexity of modern society and its motivation and mechanism. The author points out that the complexity of modern society stems from the freedom and emancipation of the people, the solution to the complexity of the society, the promotion of social development, and the innovation of a system that requires common activities as a way of doing things. This is also the basic theme of modern social science.
