目的:观察鱼油和豆油对饲低硒及补硒粮喂养大鼠血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)及血浆酶活力的影响。方法:GSH-Px采用DTNB法而血浆酶采用自动生化分析仪测定。结果:补加鱼油和豆油(50g/kg)饲料喂养大鼠4周,血中GSH-Px活力均明显降低;豆油组血浆中ALP显著增加,GOT、GPT、α-HBDH有升高趋势;鱼油组GPT显著增加。补硒后GSH-Px活力均显著升高,豆油中血浆酶活性有不同程度改善,鱼油组变化不显著。结论:多不饱和脂肪酸负荷能够降低动物体内抗氧化能力。鱼油(ω-3)、豆油(ω-6)对血浆酶的影响存在明显差异
Objective: To observe the effects of fish oil and soybean oil on glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and plasma enzyme activities in feed rats fed with low selenium and selenium-enriched grains. Methods: GSH-Px using DTNB method and plasma enzyme using automatic biochemical analyzer. Results: The GSH-Px activity in blood was significantly decreased in fish fed with fish oil and soybean oil (50g / kg) for 4 weeks. The plasma ALP level increased significantly and the levels of GOT, GPT and α-HBDH increased. Group GPT increased significantly. GSH-Px vitality after selenium supplementation were significantly increased, plasma enzyme activity in soybean oil to varying degrees improved, the fish oil group did not change significantly. Conclusion: Polyunsaturated fatty acid load can reduce the antioxidant capacity in animals. Fish oil (omega-3), soybean oil (omega-6) on plasma enzymes there are significant differences
