成人教育工作重点转移已近四年了。《关于改革和发展成人教育的决定》颁布以来,不少地方和部门已把岗位培训当成重点来抓,加强了领导,制定了文件。许多地方、部门,特别是一批大中型企业、单位和发达地区的乡镇企业,有目的、有计划地进行了岗位培训试点工作,积累了一定的经验,取得了比较明显的效果。“直接有效”地为发展社会主义经济服务,已变为现实,并日益为人们所耳闻目睹,为社会方方面面所确认。 Almost four years have passed since the shift in adult education. Since the promulgation of the “Decision on Reform and Development of Adult Education”, many localities and departments have made job training a priority, strengthened leadership and formulated documents. Some experience has been gained and obvious results have been achieved.
