我国社会发展正处于一种快速转型时期,在这个时期存在很多腐败现象,且腐败现象呈现了一种多发、快速的发展趋势。腐败是社会经济发展到一定时期的产物,受剩余财产的影响。腐败问题的出现对中国共产党的发展方向和政治纲领制定具有重要影响。为此,本文在对新形势下腐败现象中贪污犯罪与贿赂犯罪特征分析的基础上,从观念、战略、制度、体制几方面为如何改善腐败现象进行策略分析,旨在促进我国社会主义社会建设的良好发展。
The social development in our country is in a period of rapid transition.
