介绍了新加坡国立大学医院人类辅助生殖诊所对体外受精-胚胎移植患者的就诊管理,提出值得我国借鉴参考之处:实施“一站式”诊疗服务模式,真正做到以IVF患者为中心;强化对辅助生殖患者的“全流程”健康教育;通过标准化操作规程(SOP)规范辅助生殖专科各项技术;切实关爱IVF患者,做实人性化服务,提升IVF患者就诊管理水平。
This paper introduces the management of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer patients treated by human assisted reproductive clinics in National University Hospital of Singapore and puts forward some suggestions for our country to use for reference: implementation of “one - stop” diagnosis and treatment service model, which truly takes IVF patients as the center; Strengthen the “whole process” health education for assisted reproductive patients; standardize the techniques of assisted reproductive specialist through standard operating procedures (SOP); and earnestly care for IVF patients and do human services so as to improve the management of IVF patients.
